This privacy policy covers Vivek Sharma's portfolio site and explains what information is collected, why, and how it is used. This is a personal site, not a company, and no personal data is ever sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Contact form: when you submit the contact form, the name, email address, and message you provide are sent directly to Vivek Sharma's email inbox and a private Telegram chat used purely as a notification channel, so a submission isn't missed. That data is used only to respond to your message — it is not added to a mailing list, stored in a database, or used for any other purpose. Submissions are rate-limited and protected by Google reCAPTCHA to reduce spam and abuse.

Analytics: this site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns (pages visited, approximate location, device type). This data is anonymized/aggregated by Google's tooling and is not linked back to individual identities. You can opt out using your browser's standard tracking-protection or ad-blocking settings without losing access to any part of the site.

Cookies: Google Analytics may set cookies to distinguish sessions; this site does not set any first-party tracking or advertising cookies of its own.

Third-party links: the site links out to GitHub, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, dev.to, and other external services for portfolio and social purposes. Those services have their own privacy policies, which are not covered here.
